E-rate Letter of Agency and Form 479 Now Available!

Each MOREnet member must complete an E-rate Letter of Agency and a Form 479 to be included on the MOREnet E-rate application. The materials are now available at http://www.more.net/services/e-rate/loa.html.

The due date for BOTH documents is Dec. 19, 2008.
